Are you working now? How will you make the transition? Can you work while you take classes? D
Your personal situation is very important to decide if you’ll take classes online or in person. Talk to your significant other or a friend to help work out this career change.
Save Some $$$$$
A Realtor® is not paid on day one. Even if you have a client on day one… it may take two months to find them a home, and then another 30 days to get them closed… and that is if everything goes well.
Save up for 6 months of living expenses, PLUS your fees for Real Estate.

This is the best question ever! I’m an industrial engineer which I think fits Real Estate very well, but …. if I were to think about what would be best, I’d consider Marketing and Business as a great degree option. One part of Real Estate is getting leads, and Marketing would really give you a “leg up” on the competition. Some other options would be photography and computer science, but most of us need psychology to keep our clients on board!
This is really a personal preference. I chose online because I like to teach myself at my own pace. I tend to get bored in the classroom when others ask “dumb” questions. I really want a Fast Forward button with a professor! It really depends on you.
IF you don’t think you’ll schedule time for the class, then you need to go to the IN PERSON classes, to keep you accountable.
